The purpose of this 2-year project between The Johns Hopkins University, School of Professional Studies in Business and Education, Center for Technology in Education and the Division of Public Safety Leadership funded by the National Institute of Justice, U.S. Department of Justice is to:

Identify essential content and components of a strategic and comprehensive school safety curriculum for teachers, administrators, parents, students, police, school based police, and concerned citizens; and,

Provide a web-based, menu driven environment for delivery of training along with online courses for each targeted audience member.

We will incorporate a variety of interactive activities to foster school safety- related learning. We firmly believe that the whole community plays a role in the success of school safety.
